The December Oconee Rivers Audubon Society meeting will occur on ,Thurs., Dec. 7 at 7:00 at Sandy Creek Nature Center. Hannah Wright, a PhD student at UGA's Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources, will speak about her research on Pinyon Jays, which are a charismatic declining species, in Utah and New Mexico.
We will not be meeting in January due to the holidays, but be on the lookout for announcements about exciting talks on the first Thursday of each month, which will resume in February!
